Several weeks ago, I visited Madrid for the first time. The city is beautiful, the people are so friendly, and the Prado Museum is a thrill to see. But…I can’t stop thinking about the amazing meal we had at the Michelin starred DiverXO. The restaurant is intimate, with modern and minimal decoration. Each dish is a work of art, and the service is exceptional. The Asian influenced tasting menu provides an unforgettable gastronomic experience!
